Condition Grading Scale
New
New Condition - The device is brand new and has never been used. Occasionally, we do receive new devices with their outer wrapping removed, aka “new open-box”. See the device’s description for “New Sealed” or “New Open-Box”
Excellent
Mint condition - The device has been used very lightly. The screen and body are in “like new” condition. If there are blemishes, they are extremely minimal. All original parts, no repairs or refurbishment needed, and 100% fully functional.
Good
Normal used condition - The device was treated well, but shows some light signs of use. The screen is very good condition. If there are any blemishes, they are minimal. For example, small scuffs or nicks on the side or back All original parts, no repairs or refurbishment needed, and 100% fully functional.
Fair
Noticeably used condition - The screen is in good condition, with possible scratching. There could be scuffs and nicks on the side or back. We will specify blemishes to look for in the device’s description. All original parts, no repairs or refurbishment needed, and 100% fully functional.
refurbished
Renewed condition - The device was treated well, but needed minor improvements before sale. We will always specify in the description exactly what needed repair or replacement. Some display, battery, or camera repairs not performed by Apple will appear as an “Unknown Part” in the device settings. Keep in mind that our components are genuine or functionally identical to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equivalents and won’t perform any differently. This “Unknown Part” message does not affect the device in any way. Every device is rigorously tested to verify 100% full functionality.
